How long are the sessions?

Sessions are generally 50 minutes long.

What is the fee for counselling appointments? Are Medicare rebates available?

Counselling appointments are $150. I accept payment via invoice or direct bank deposit. There are currently no medicare rebates for counselling appointments.

What if I can no longer attend my appointment?

If you are unable to attend for any reason, please notify me via mobile, text or email as soon as possible. Anything less than 24 hours’ notice or failing to attend a session will incur a cancellation fee of 100%. Late arrivals will result in a short session as I may have other clients booked in following you.

Is what I say confidential?

Your privacy and confidentiality are an important part of counselling. Information shared during sessions is kept confidential, with some exceptions. These may include where there is a serious risk of harm to you or another person, where disclosure is required by law, or where I have a legal obligation to make a report.

I will discuss confidentiality and its limits with you before we begin counselling.
